Model from JoeMashups. Naughty bits added by me. Rigged with Autorig Pro and FaceIt in Blender 4.5.0. If you have the FaceIt addon, you can import data from LiveLink to do facial mocap. I am not a rigger so corrective shapes are needed with shapekeys when the rig is stretched to its limit. Penis is hidden by a mask modifier, to unhide, just disable the mask in the modifiers panel.
