The collar doesnt come with the Sona model i just like General´s Butch model a lot so i used her as a model. In the hit game kantai Collection you can"lock" a ship to save her from being turn into scrap, the doujin artists use this feature with a lock featuring a collar with a heart lock on it, i like the idea so i decided to make it, if someone wanna use it.
