Sandrone from Genshin Impact. This is her NPC version, I can see them adding additional things to her once she's playable. I'll update her if/when that happens. Two things to note. The first is the panty/stocking. The in game version has part of the stocking painted on to the panties, which means I couldn't cleanly separate the two.
