If you want to experience the full model I highly recommend you get yourself the Diffeomorphic and MHX addon. They are both free and easy to download. All genital shapekeys like Vagina Open, Anus Open etc. are in the DAZ Runtime tab, which you get by downloading the Diffeomorphic addon. For the jiggle bones on the breast I recommend using either the wigglebone addon or the Bone Dynamics addon. You can also find some shader customisation for the different materials.
