This is a NSFW model of Mistral, from Metal Gear Solid: Revengance, that was ported/edited several years ago by Lukas0122T which I've republished for archival's sake. It has the ability to toggle her extra arms, (>Outfits, >MGS, >MGS Hands) and includes her arm-staff, (not pictured) an alternate hairstyle, and two casual outfits.
